Yum Sushi – tracked from the Internet!
I was visiting LA after more than a year. Even though I live in Reedley, which is not very far away, circumstances hadn’t allowed me to visit for a while. I own and stock a small office supplies warehouse, and was visiting to meet a prospective client in the city.
We were going to meet informally over lunch, on a Tuesday afternoon and he asked me to suggest the venue. For a bit I was completely clueless – not knowing anyone that intimately to get ‘food’ feedback from, but then I thought, local search over the Internet would solve my problem in a jiffy.
It’s easy to get a hold of local yellowpages online nowadays as well. Within minutes I’d tracked down a much too extensive list of local restaurants in LA. I picked a Sushi bar – not having had it in much too long a time.
I read online reviews for the place and found most of them quite favorable. I was able to view photos of the interior and exterior as well , getting a good feel of whether the place was appropriate for an informal business lunch – it was.
