Being a coach is not just about shouting and perfecting your players but it also requires extensive and constant search of finding players who are not only masters of their game but are also team players. Though there are thousands of players both from high school and junior school who go unnoticed, it is not practical for us; professional coaches, to keep a track of all the young talent in every school.
Utah High School Basketball , Utah High School baseball and Utah High School Football made the search as simple as a click on the internet. It is the “Google” for sports. With the immense range of player profiles that are constantly updated and aided with extensive video footage of their game play, now I can choose the players that I think would be perfect for my team. The selection is not done solely on the basis of player’s expertise in their sport but also their personality, behaviour and interaction with their team mates and coaches. So I can get access to the perfect players who are both talented and easy to get along with the rest of the team due to their personality and work ethics and thus create a perfect team.
